The Birthday Dress is a lined, twirly dress with a small layer of tulle to give a petticoat fullness . Although the high neckline is vintage and modest, the decorative pleat and gathered cap sleeves give it a modern twist. The dress is meant to be tea length and gets longer as the sizes go up. Available in sizes: 612, 18m, 2T, 3T, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12. Difficulty: Advanced Beginner.
